McMinnville Wednesday Tour
8:30 am, $1.50 fee includes beverage Sandwich Express, 711 Hwy 99W, McMinnville Moderator – West Hills Realty- Tour entries must be entered on rmlsweb broker tour by 10am Tuesday.
- Only properties entered for the right Wednesday will be on the tour program.
- Tour program in caravan order will be emailed by 2pm Tuesday.
- Listing broker or representative must attend tour meeting.
- Only “Active” & “bumpable” real property listings will be scheduled.
- All homes will be toured “caravan style” beginning at approximately 9am.
- Homes noted “9-12″ in the time field are open for broker viewing during those hours on Wednesday in addition to the scheduled caravan tour.
- Repeat tours are OK after 6 months or a listing broker change.
- Tour will be canceled any day that the McMinnville Schools are closed due to snow. Find info at www.msd.k12.or.us, usually by 5:30am.
- Remember, only you or your office can enter a home for tour on rmlsweb.
- Only REALTOR® and affiliate members of YCAR and reciprocal associations may attend and participate.

- 4th Wed: McMinnville (inside city limits), NE Rural, Lafayette, Dayton
- 5th Wed: McMinnville ONLY (inside city limits) April, July, September, December
East/West divider is Adams/Baker & Hwy. 99W
North/South divider is West 2nd St. & Three Mile Lane
Entering Your Listing for Tour
- Find the listing you want to enter for tour on the Listing Load menu.
- Click the box labeled “OH/BT” (Open House/Broker Tour). Then click the box “NEW BROKER TOUR.”
- Enter correct date and time. Enter the start time as 8:30 am and the end time as 9:00 am.
- Click “SAVE.”
- Check that your home appears under broker tour on the search menu for the correct date.
Newberg Tour

Sherwood Tour
8:30am on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month

To place your listing on the Sherwood Tour: 1. In RMLS Listing Load select your listing and click on OH/BT 2. Click on New Broker Tour 3. Enter the date of the tour NOTE: Sherwood tours are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays each month. 4. Enter 8:30am-10:30am for time NOTE: If you do not enter the time properly, your listing will not be pulled when we sort properties for the tour. 5. Be sure to save before exiting RMLS 6. BROKER TOUR INFORMATION MUST BE ENTERED INTO RMLS BY NOON ON THE DAY BEFORE THE TOUR IN ORDER FOR YOUR PROPERTY TO BE INCLUDED. 7. Attend the Sherwood Tour Meeting at 8:30AM, and bring $1 for Habitat For Humanity Meeting Location is at the Sherwood Subway – 16440 SW Langer Drive 8. Out of professional courtesy to all of the agents with properties on tour, we ask that you participate in the caravan to all of the listings.
