How to Submit
Only Realtor® & Affiliate Members of YCAR and Reciprocal Associations may attend & participate in Realtor® Tours.
Procedure for submitting a property for McMinnville Realtor® Tour:
- On your Listing Load click on OH/BT (Open House/Broker Tour)
- Click on New Broker Tour
- Enter the date of the next tour (always a Wednesday)
- Enter the start time as 8:30 am and the end time as 9:00 am
- Save
- Double check to make sure it worked:
- Go to the Search tab, scroll down to select Broker/MLS Tours
- Enter the date of the next Realtor® Tour and make sure your property is listed and marked with the right start time
Your properties need to be posted by 10am each Tuesday to be considered for tour. We will make every effort to have the tour posted and emailed by noon each week. Remember, you must be present or have a representative present at the tour meeting on Wednesday between 8:30-9:00am or your property will be cancelled.
