History & Past Recipients

AUCTION HISTORY

The auction started in 1995 when we supported Alan Baker as the Biggest Turkey during Turkey Rama. That event was such a huge success that YCAR decided to host an annual event to raise money to give back to our community. Lydia Zimmerman, a Realtor® at the time, chaired the auction from 1995 – 2002. Naida Paris co-chaired and chaired from 2001 until 2005, and Tim Ciulla has chaired the committee since 2006.

AUCTION COMMITTEE

To be on the committee you need to have a heart for your community this committee has both a heart and commitment and have worked with each other for several years. We’d like to recognize our committee members for their dedication and service:

Affiliate Members: Tim Cuilla – Chairman, Naida Paris, Karen Christenson, Crystal Marks, Adam Schmidt.

REALTOR® Members: Wendy Bird – Silent Auction Director, Judi Hammer, Shirley Venhaus, Barry House, Liz Heller, Beth Frischmuth, Kirk Bales, Rosalee Hays, Carol Ingles.  Our goal is to have a representative from each office.
