Elections 2010
Elections for YCAR’s Board of Directors take place in the fall. Installation of officers is held at our Annual Membership Meeting in December. Look for the open positions to be posted by September 15, and the ballots to go out by email by October 15, and the elections to conclude by October 31. Our new fiscal year begins December 1st.
A vibrant and influential association must include visionary leadership, competent management, and generous individuals willing to give ‘more’ for a season. When we circulate fresh and broad-based talent into our organizational structures we insure positive development, better methods, welcomed innovations, and greater success without overtaxing a few ‘givers’. Who among you believe in the value of what our association can do for us all? Who do you know that can contribute talents that can make a difference to so many? Think about it!

You can volunteer your services to the board or be nominated by others. The vote of the membership will determine those who will serve. No previous service or experience is required. If you have the vision and can contribute for the good of all, we encourage you to consider this. We also encourage broad-based representation from our membership.
